(Port) Wine of the month March 2019: Quinta da Boeira - Very Old Tawny Port

Orange Reflections in the brown-reddish colour with a noticeable rim. Balanced Douro-bake-notes in the bouquet which complement the tobacco and nutty aromas perfectly. Not even a little bit tired. Perfectly supporting acidity on the palate, tobacco, nuts and mixed dry fruits. The very last bit shows a tiny sweetness (at 138g Residual sugar!). Long, balanced aftertaste. Fantastic length with a perfect balance. 19/20
